Just started playing the english version of SS (SoulSilver). Kar Mun’s playing HG, thanks to me. And I am in love with the game! I may just abandon Platinum for SS. The only drawback is I have no pokewalker, but with AR that’s not really a problem. Heh.

Okay check that. The ONLY problem is that the game keeps freezing, because it was just released and ROMs for anti-piracy have not been patched yet.

Praise the Lord; He has finally given us our building in the marketplace! And not just any location but SCCC no less! Who would have guessed that SCCC would be ours- but God did a miracle for us! 12,000 seater hall, 15,100 total seats. It’s amazing!

Just (okay, maybe not ‘just’) returned from a very relaxing, very laugh-my-guts-out retreat at Changi Resort Village with some of the most wonderful people in the world. (I say ‘some’, lest I offend people.) And indeed, much laughter and tears of mirth ensued. Amongst other emotions, but I’ll just skip that part.

Note to self: next time we play charades, add in more Disney Princesses and Barbie Girl-esque songs. The world needs more joy in it. Or hilarity, doesn’t matter.

Now back to videoing.

Okay I can’t stand it any more, I’m going nuts. From laughing, I mean. That post sounds like a suicide note. *ignores the fact that I meant it to* But it’s true. To Mr Tearle Cheng and Ms Joyce Teo, who were horrified at my choice of job, I apologise. I’m still the same me, crazy insane and missing TJ more than you know. Just because I’m working at MOE doesn’t mean I’ve forsaken you.

I love this post.

And a side note: go watch Rent (movie) if you haven’t already. I am in loveeeeee. I have never felt so in love with a digital production before, not since…. well, ever. So waddayouwaitinfor- GO! GO WATCH!

Incidentally, I realised I’ve been waking up at 2am every morning and I can’t get back to sleep. Do I just need less sleep, or is this a sign that I’ve been bitten by a vampire?

And welcome to 2010! (Sidenote: I wonder how people would short-form “2010″. “Oh Ten”?) 2009′s been a great year, plenty of ups and downs but overall I think my best year yet. I’ve completed compulsory education, joined a wonderful a capella group with lovely people and the best Director, realised that I actually can write a 17/25 lit essay (xP) and this year I could legally buy alcohol that wasn’t contained in nail polish remover. (I never did, though.) A rather fruitful year, if I did say so myself. God has done wonders this year, and I know He will continue to do even more in the years to come.

To end the year off with a cheerful quote, May all your troubles last as long as your New Year’s resolutions. ~Joey Adams
